We'll call this an Ex-Potato

I don't know how it happened, but we we're baking some potatoes last night to accompany our dinner and when I went to retrieve said potatoes, I found this! We took a few pictures but have called in Mulder and Sculley to get to the bottom of this. While Fox and Dana are handling all the 'heavy lifting', I have but a single vexing question. Is it an 'Ex-potato' or an 'X-potato'? I'll put up a poll. -Chipper
