Why is there a fuel shortage in Charlotte when everyplace else has fuel? Why did our prices jump $0.40 to $0.50 the day Hurricane Ike landed in TEXAS? So, over two weeks ago a hurricane landed 1800 miles from Charlotte, yet today I was still rationed to $20.00 worth of fuel for my vehicle. I don't understand.

I don't know how it happened, but we we're baking some potatoes last night to accompany our dinner and when I went to retrieve said potatoes, I found this! We took a few pictures but have called in Mulder and Sculley to get to the bottom of this. While Fox and Dana are handling all the 'heavy lifting', I have but a single vexing question.
